Delivery & Orders
How long does delivery take?
Our delivery times vary depending on your country. Generally, 3 to 5 business days for France, and 7 to 12 business days for international orders.
How much does delivery cost and where do you deliver?
We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to track your package in real time.
Can I return a product?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on cosmetic products unless they arrive damaged or defective. In this case, contact our customer service immediately with a photo of the affected product.
